For those people,who are wondering,what a fab bag is and whether you should subscribe it or not,let me tell you that it is worth of your every penny.(and no this review is not sponsored :P )
Fag Bag is basically a monthly subscription bag,which consist of make up and beauty products according to your own specific choice and skin type.They give you a form to fill up and according to it,products are sent to you.
There are 4 kinds of subscription schemes available.
1- Buy only one bag for Rs.599.
2- 3 months subscription, i.e - 3 bags for Rs.1,499 (Rs.499 each)
3- 6 months subscription, i.e - 6 bags for Rs.2,699 (Rs.449 each)
4- 12 months subscription, i.e -12 bags for Rs.4,799 (Rs.399 each)
I have a 12 month subscription and so far i am loving it. They also do themes like beach theme,red carpet theme and now cast a spell theme.
If you are wondering whether you should subscribe,then i would highly recommend in its favor.
Now coming to this month's i.e August Fab Bag.This month,their theme is #castaspell and i like the theme.Their previous theme,The Red Carpet theme was Astonishing and this month,it is just MAGICAL!!
I was so excited to know about how this months fab bag's gonna look and i have to say,their bags are getting better and better month by month.I thought that their July bag looked fab but even the August bag looks so damn cute in its sparkly baby pink color.
Now coming to its contents-
My Fab Bag contains 5 products-
1-Fran Wilson Moodmatcher Lipstick - Green
2-Roots Professional Morocvita Oil
3-Ital Veloce Body Mist-Valvatina
4-Divo Eyelash Curler
5-Tattva Peach Grapes & Cherry Blossom Body Butter
FRAN WILSON MOODMATCHER LIPSTICK
It came as a surprise to me,never expected this kind of thing in a fab bag.At first,i was disappointed to see it,but when i used it,i was stunned.
Don't worry,I know it is green in color but it react(in a good way) to your body to transform into a sheen pink color i.e it changes color (casts a spell.....quite literally!!)
The color went on becoming darker and darker and worked like a lip stain and at last i was left with a picture perfect pout.
ROOTS PROFESSIONAL MOROCVITA OIL
Honestly,this much amount of an oil is not enough for me to know how it works on my hair but argan oil is generally good for hair and it has all these properties like vitamin A,vitamin E,protects from heat and UV rays and is also non sticky and non greasy.So,its worth a try.Do let me know if you use or like it.
ITAL VELOCE BODY MIST (VALVATINA)
Brownie points for this one! I LOVED this mist! I honestly LOVED it!!I think i am addicted to it now.I mean,I opened its cap to sniff and since then I am not able to make myself stop.I am definitely going to buy a big bottle of this one and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
It's just so......MAGICAL! This product was bang on according to their theme and this CASTED A SPELL ON ME!
DIVO EYELASH CURLER
According to me,they should have included this in their Red Carpet Bag,it would have suited that theme more.Still,I like it,I wanted a good quality curler for so long,and now i have one. :)
TATTVA PEACH GRAPES & CHERRY BLOSSOM BODY BUTTER
This is a product in which we were given a choice.They gave us several options in which we had to choose one.I choose this one because i had all the other products and wanted to try something new.
To be honest,I am disappointed by this product.I expected a bigger size then this.Its very small.The thing that ruined it more for me was its smell or fragrance.....no,it's definitely a smell.
It's like someone mixed some fruits with medicines.
It is just like a typical cream,you could get anywhere.The only good thing (surprisingly) about it is that it is a good moisturizer.
You can use it for instant moisture,else, i wouldn't recommend it.
If you are going to buy August Fab Bag,go for any other item,instead of this moisturizer.
Now,at last, to sum up, I would say that August Fab Bag is good and pretty and yeah,stands up to their expectation.
Their delivery was also good(quite early this month).
